Non-refundable $40.00 deposit per deer


$5 Administration fee per confirmation number required....one number per deer.  Please have this information ready, extra $10 if we have wait for or assist you to obtain this information.


Basic Processing Fees:  **Extra charge for speciality items**
Whole Deer (skinning, gutting, deboning, grinding, & packaging) - $110

Basic processing includes Lean Deer Burger in 3 lbs packs (fat cost extra) and may include your combination of  the following  options:  Cubed steak, stew meat, roasts, butterflied, whole, sliced, or rolled back straps; whole, sliced, or cubed tenderloins; sliced whole muscle for jerky, stir fry/fajita strips, boneless steaks, or deboned for further processing.. 

 Ice Chest Deer (also known as cooler deer) are charged by each piece
    The basic processing options are the same as the whole deer above.
    Hams $18 each, Shoulders $15 each, Back Straps $4 each, Ribs $1.50

    per side, Tenderloins $1.50 per pair.

Burger is vacuum sealed in 3 lb. bags.  Smaller packs will add a fee of $8.00 per deer.

1/4 ONLY--$50.00 IF YOU WAIT FOR IT includes skinning and gutting, saving parts is extra charges.

Store in our cooler $10.00 per deer per day (we are not processing, only hanging the deer for you.

**Notification of caping, saving of parts, or Rush MUST be done at the time of drop off**

Please understand that we take great pride in the quality we are known for. This quality takes time, longer than other processors. Each order is kept separate, insuring that you will take home the deer you bring to us. Rest assured that your meat is taken care of. 

Deer are processed in the order which they come in, with cooler (ice chest) deer taking priority over whole deer. Deer come in faster than they can be processed, therefore to ensure a quality product, each deer is frozen until it is their turn.  We have rush options available if you would like to jump in line.

Once your order is complete we will text you. At that point you will be given seven (7) days to pick up your deer — we will inform you of your pick-up date deadline and your remaining balance. If you are unable to pick up your order with-in those seven days, it is YOUR responsibility to inform us and to make necessary arrangements for us to hold your deer longer……a $5 per day storage fee begins the day after your deadline. If there is no arrangement made prior to the deadline, your deer will be considered abandoned and will be posted for sale on our Facebook page.

The condition of your meat when delivered to us determines the total yield after being processed. Any bloodshot meat is disposed of because we feel that it isn't edible. We reserve the right to decline the processing of a deer based on the condition of the meat upon arrival.

We take every precaution to ensure that each order is kept separate.  The meat that you pick up will be YOUR meat. All of your meat will be vacuum sealed for freshness and extended shelf life. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If a mistake is made, please allow me the opportunity to correct it.
